Your processes matter too much to leave them sitting in spreadsheets, inboxes, or one person's head.
Between ERP, CRM, Excel and email, gaps open up. Information is re-typed by hand, work depends on individuals, and when someone is out, the process stops. These are rarely IT problems. They are organisational problems that software can solve, once you understand what is actually going on.
We do not lead with technology, we lead with the process. In a structured initial conversation we map how the work flows today and use clear criteria to judge what is really slowing it down. Often the answer is not new software but a feature your current system already offers, a missing interface, or a step that can simply be dropped. Only once it is clear that bespoke software will hold up do we talk about building it. That way you avoid expensive wrong turns and invest only where it pays off.

We first check whether your existing system can do the job. Only if it cannot do we design a system around your specific process. No off-the-shelf product you have to bend, and no bespoke build you do not need.
Built to run long-term
We do not build and disappear. Maintenance, ongoing development and adjustments are part of the deal. We take responsibility for day to day operation, not just for the go-live.
Clean integration
Our systems slot into the IT you already have: ERP, CRM, email, calendars, file systems. Your existing systems stay in charge, we build the software in between.

Free initial conversation
We talk through your concrete bottleneck with no commitment and work out together whether and how it can be solved. 30 minutes, a structured working session, no slide deck.
Clarifying funding
BAFA funding may apply to the consulting work. The application is filed before consulting starts. You can wait for approval or begin straight away; we recommend waiting for approval. In the new federal states up to 80 percent of consulting fees are reimbursed, in Berlin and the older federal states up to 50 percent.
Cost-benefit and target picture
We create clarity on whether and how your project pays off: with a clear target process, a comprehensible technical target picture and a sound basis for deciding. We provide the professional judgement, the decision stays with you.
Build and further funding
On that basis you decide whether and how to build. We look together at which funding programme from the federal government, a state or the EU fits. Depending on the programme, the build itself can be funded with more than 50 percent of development costs.
Consulting the state helps pay for
We are a BAFA-registered consultancy. Through the funding programme for entrepreneurial know-how, up to 80 percent of consulting costs are reimbursed depending on your location. The application is filed before consulting starts and we support you with it. As things stand the programme runs until the end of 2026, so anyone who wants to use it should apply in good time.
