From process to software.
Four steps from the first conversation to a running system. Every step delivers a result you can work with, even if you continue with someone else afterwards.
Free initial conversation
We discuss your specific bottleneck without obligation and assess together whether and how it can be solved. 30 minutes, a structured professional conversation, no presentation.
Result: a first assessment of whether the effort is worthwhile.
Clarify funding
BAFA funding may apply to the consulting work. The application is submitted before consulting begins. You can wait for approval or start straight away; we recommend waiting for approval. How much funding you receive and what it covers is set out on the funding page.
Result: clarity about what the consulting will actually cost you.
Everything about funding →Potential analysis
A review of your processes: where are the biggest levers, what can be solved with what you already have, and where does digitalisation pay off? Including an estimate of when an investment amortises.
Result: a prioritised list with effort and benefit.
Implementation planning and target picture
The vendor-neutral concept: target processes, technical target picture, solution architecture. Concrete enough to implement or to put out to tender.
Result: a blueprint that belongs to you.
And then?
Implementation is a separate project with its own contract. You decide whether to do it internally, put it out to tender or commission us. The concept from step 4 belongs to you and works either way.
If we implement, we also take on operations, maintenance and further development. For us a go-live is not the end but the beginning.
Different funding programmes apply to implementation than to consulting. We check together which one fits.
The consulting funding in step 2 and possible implementation funding are two independent programmes. They are applied for separately and do not exclude each other. Consulting can be funded without any implementation having to follow.
