On top of that come obligations that did not concern anyone five years ago, and a labour market that no longer supplies the people meant to run it all.

We organise a company's IT into eight fields. Five of them follow the path every IT service takes, from the idea to running operations. Three are foundations: without reliable data, without dependable security and without clear obligations, every improvement in the five phases remains patchwork.

Data migration starts once the go-live date has already been fixed.
There is a project manager but no person in the department who owns the outcome.

Requests arrive by word of mouth, mail, phone and chat. Nobody knows how many there are or which ones repeat.
Restoring a system has never been rehearsed.

Consulting and software are not an either-or for us. Every project goes through three steps, and each step produces a result you can work with, even without us.

Analyse
We record applications, infrastructure, contracts, costs and processes, talk to the people who work with them every day, and name what actually slows you down. Result: a position assessment with prioritised fields of action and an estimate of effort and risk.
Step 2
Design
We draft the target picture, settle the architecture and sourcing questions, and clarify security, data protection and works council matters before the technology is chosen. Result: a concept that management, departments and IT support together.
Step 3
Deliver
We select systems with you or rebuild the ones you have, migrate data and stay involved until the systems are genuinely used. Result: running operations with clear ownership, not a project folder.
